永田 祥也 / 株式会社永田 代表取締役
1996年生まれ、愛知県安城市出身。名古屋大学大学院工学研究科にて、医療AIの第一人者である藤原幸一教授（Human & Process Systems Laboratory）に師事。武田薬品工業・三菱京都病院との共同研究に参画し、Elsevier発行の国際査読誌『Journal of Pharmacological and Toxicological Methods』に筆頭著者として論文を掲載。
大学院修士2年次に起業を決意し、研究と事業開発を同時進行で推進。2022年、株式会社永田を設立。当初よりWeb広告事業を展開。AI研究で培ったアルゴリズム解析の知見を広告運用に応用し、AIを活用した独自の自動化システムを構築。その実力は業界歴10年以上のプロフェッショナルから「広告運用で３本の指に入る」と評されるほどに。広告実績ゼロのクライアントに対してMeta・YouTube広告を新規構築し、成果報酬型契約でROAS 2000%を達成した実績を持つ。現在は、この技術基盤をもとにWeb広告運用支援とAI開発受託の2軸で事業を展開。クライアントの課題に対し、研究者の論理思考と経営者の実行力で向き合う。

Born in 1996 in Anjo City, Aichi Prefecture.
At the Graduate School of Engineering, Nagoya University, he studied under Associate Professor Koichi Fujiwara (Human & Process Systems Laboratory), a leading expert in medical AI. He participated in joint research with Takeda Pharmaceutical Company and Mitsubishi Kyoto Hospital, and published a paper as the first author in the international peer-reviewed journal *Journal of Pharmacological and Toxicological Methods*, published by Elsevier.
He decided to start his own business during his first year of graduate school and pursued both research and business development simultaneously. In 2022, he founded Nagata Co., Ltd.
From the very beginning, the company has operated a web advertising business. By applying the algorithmic analysis expertise cultivated through AI research to advertising operations, he built a proprietary automation system. Its effectiveness has been recognized by professionals with over 10 years of industry experience, who have praised it as “one of the top three in advertising operations.” He has a proven track record of setting up new Meta and YouTube ad campaigns for clients with zero prior advertising experience and achieving an ROAS of 2,000% under performance-based contracts.
Currently, building on this technological foundation, he operates the business along two main axes: contract AI development and web advertising management support. He tackles clients’ challenges by combining a researcher’s logical thinking with an entrepreneur’s ability to execute.
